Competitions and tournaments are central to sport at all levels. Competitions help promote badminton and they provide a pathway for players from an entry level international competition to the highest levels where players compete against the world’s best.
BCA promotes the sport through its BWF sanctioned events in Africa.
Tournament Structure
The BCA international tournament structure focuses on the lower tier tournaments.
Grade 3 ( Continental Level )
- International Challenge (Prize pool – $25,000)
- International Series (Prize pool – $10,000)
- Future Series (Prize pool – less than $10,000)
