As per Clause 9.5 of the BCA Constitution, we are pleased to share the agenda for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on the 24th of April 2025 in Xiamen, China.
The attached documents include:

- BCA MA’s 2025 Voting Strength (circulated in January and posted on our website as per our Constitution Clause 9.31.1 “At the beginning of the year, the Chief Executive Officer shall publish the number of votes each Member will have in the current year.”).
- BCA 2024 AGM Minutes.

The Annual Report, which includes the Financial Audited Accounts, will be shared with you in due course.
