Training Camp Led by BWF Expert Steward Carson
The camp was professionally led by BWF-certified trainer Mr. Steward Carson, who worked intensively with the players over two full days. The sessions focused on technical corrections, movement skills, court coverage, tactical basics, and mental preparation for tournament play.
Steward Carson’s approach combined coaching theory with match-play scenarios, making the camp both educational and engaging. Coaches and managers who accompanied the players also benefited from the training by observing modern techniques and best practices.
In an Exclusive interview with BCA TV: “It was a real pleasure to work with these young athletes from across Africa. Their energy, curiosity, and willingness to learn were impressive. I believe many of them have great potential, and camps like these are key to their long-term growth,” said Mr. Steward Carson, Expert and Camp Leader.
