The BWF Coaching Course Level 2 , held in Brazaville, Congo , from the 25th of November to 2nd of December 2019, aims to train coaches to construct and deliver annual training, competition plan and individual training plans to elite players. The Level 2 is a continuation of the BWF Level 1 Course.
8 participants from 5 French speaking countries namely: Cameroon, Congo, Congo Democratic, Ivory Coast and Togo attended the BWF Coaching Course Level 2 during the 8 days, The course was delivered by the BCA’s Development Manager Mr. Annirao Dajee.
The BWF Coaching Course level 2 highlighted the importance of five key performance factors, Technical , Physical , Tactical , Psychological and Lifestyle .
Constant Sack Assembe (CMR) felt that the course was reinforcing his knowledge of badminton , and will be beneficial to his carrier. “The technical , tactical and physical aspects of the course will contribute to the training of his junior youth teams” said Stephane Kouame (CIV), who was among the participants of the Coaching Course. He also lauded Mr. Annirao’s Dajee work ethics.
As for Placide Odimba (COD), he felt he has been pushed to the limit: “I’ve never missed so much sleep. A highly scientific internship, led by an expert in a spirit of respect, mutual respect and friendliness. Thanks to the BCA, BWF, my Association and the host Association.
