We regret to inform you that the Badminton Federation of Nigeria (BFN) will not be in a position to host the Lagos International tournament (31 August – 3 September). BFN cited government approval as the reason for the postponement. We understand that some countries are in the process of sending their players to Nigeria but kindly make sure that no players travel to Nigeria at this time. The BCA, in consultation with the host BFN and the BWF, will communicate on the new dates of the tournament in due course.
Nous avons le regret de vous informer que la Badminton Federation of Nigeria (BFN) ne sera pas en mesure d’accueillir le tournoi international de Lagos (31 août – 3 septembre). La BFN a cité l’approbation du gouvernement comme raison du report. Nous comprenons que certains pays sont en train de préparer le départ de leurs joueurs pour le Nigeria, mais veuillez-vous assurer qu’aucun joueur ne se rend au Nigeria pour le moment. Le BCA, en consultation avec le pays hôte et la BWF, communiquera sur les nouvelles dates de la compétition en temps voulu.
