According to Clause 9.5 of the BCA constitution, we are pleased to share the agenda for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on May 25th, 2023 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The attached documents include:
- Proposals submitted by council
- Candidate nominations for elections submitted by Members in Good Standing and seconded by another Member in good standing.
- Delegate nomination forms.
Additionally, we have also attached the minutes of the previous AGM for your review. If you have any feedback or questions regarding the minutes, please do not hesitate to reach out to us before April 31st, 2023. The Annual Report, which includes the Financial Audited Accounts, will be shared with you in due course.
